    OFFICIAL RULES 1. The following prize will be awarded by Ag-Pro, 31626 US 84, Boston, GA 31626 (“Sponsor”): An opportunity to win a new John Deere Z345R with 42" deck. Subject to Prize Winner’s agreement to the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s agreement (the “Prize”). See these Official Rules for other details and restrictions. 2. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. Entrants are not required to be a customer or agent of Sponsor or its corporate affiliates. All entries must be received by November 30, 2023. Entries received after that date will not be eligible to participate in the contest. All entries will become the property of Sponsor. Entries will not be returned. 3. Must be a legal resident of the United States, and at least 18 years old at the time of entry, in order to be eligible to win. Employees of Sponsor and its corporate affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to win and receive the Prize. 4. The winner (“Prize Winner”) will be selected by Sponsor based on a random drawing of all eligible entries to be held by December 2, 2023. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. 5. Entries may be submitted by either of the following methods, but only one total entry per person will be accepted: · Submit an entry with the requested information online by November 30,2023 · E-mail the following entry information to Marketing@AgProCo.com by November 30, 2023 with the subject of the e-mail reading: “Ag-Pro Grand Prize”: (i) your full name; (ii) your complete mailing address; (iii) your telephone number; and (iv) your e-mail address. 6. By submitting an entry, you consent to the use and editing by Sponsor and its agents, assigns and affiliates, of your name, entry information, likeness, biographical data, statements, still photography, motion pictures and videotape or television images for advertising, merchandising, publicity, marketing and other trade purposes, in and by any and all media, including the right to attribute to you any statement or expression deemed to be an endorsement, without territorial, time, frequency, duration or other use limitations. 7. The Prize will be awarded within 1 year of the drawing and is dependent on the production or manufacturer of the Equipment outside the control of Sponsor. Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. 8. Participants agree to release Sponsor, except where prohibited by applicable law, of all liability and claims relating to the use or misuse of the Prize, or participation or receipt of the Prize, including but not limited to: (a) mechanical errors or technical errors such as computer malfunction, phone, network, printing errors, etc.; (b) human error, or unauthorized interference such as fraud; or (c) undelivered, late, or damaged mail. If the Prize cannot be awarded for any reason outside of Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to, delays, natural disasters, travel cancellations, etc., Sponsor will not be held responsible. 9. If for any reason the contest is impaired, including but not limited to, fraud, computer bugs or viruses, or technical failure, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at its own discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PARTICIPANT OR INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY IMPAIR OR UNDERMINE THE NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION, ITS WEBSITE, SERVICES, ETC. MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. 10. Certain restrictions may apply to the use, availability or receipt of the Prize to be awarded. (i) Prize Winner is responsible for any and all expenses, costs and taxes not included in the Prize description, including, but not limited to, Federal, state and local taxes, expenses for operating and using the Prize, damages and excessive wear and tear to the Prize equipment, insurance, and other applicable expenses and costs as may arise. 11.
