Extended Warranty Coordinator - Corporate Office

To manage extended warranty contracts and claims for Ag-Pro Companies

Job Duties:

  • Process and review extended warranty contracts to ensure necessary documentation is on file
  • Communicate with salespersons across the company to resolve any discrepancies in warranty contracts
  • Communicate with settlement managers across the company on a daily basis to ensure correct financial entries of warranty information
  • Process and review extended warranty claim submissions and communicate with service departments companywide as needed
  • Correctly apply payments to covered claims
  • Manage various extended warranty system functions in multiple software platforms

Job Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of general accounting practices
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and the internet 
  • General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
