Job Description

FileBound is a workflow automation application that improves the operation by connecting users with the information they need to work more efficiently and effectively. The FileBound clerk will upload documents for use by various departments and locations.


Process and upload documents daily

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data

Upload and properly post documents in their proper FileBound

Verify document information

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Proven working experience with a keyboard

Solid understanding of computer basics

Data entry skills

Hands-on experience with proprietary software

Proficiency in English and in MS Office

Customer service skills

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
