Housekeeper - Corporate Office

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Purpose:

Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain establishment in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include cleaning offices, meeting rooms and halls. Full time position Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 with full benefits. 3-5 years previous cleaning experience required.

Responsibilities:

Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas.

Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.

Empty wastebaskets, and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.

Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.

Dust and polish furniture and equipment.

Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean, and tidy.

Polish silver accessories and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.

Replace light bulbs and dust.

Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, and bathroom items.

Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.

Prepare rooms for meetings, and arrange decorations, and furniture for social or business functions.

Run errands and purchase or order supplies as needed and record expenditures.

And other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Must pass Background, Motor Vehicle Report and Drug Screen
