HR Generalist- Onboarding


Performs Human Resource functions and support duties including routine and non-recurring based on instructions, laws, policies and/or procedures while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and validity in the HR processes.

Job Duties:

  • Applicant Tracking
  • Job Requisition Process
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Process drug screens and background checks
  • Maintain welcome packets for new hires
  • Offboarding of separated employees
  • Employee termination processing
  • E-Verify
  • Reset passwords & troubleshoot accesses as needed
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Audit Personnel Files
  • Back up for HR Payables
  • Payroll support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Other projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency & confidentiality
  • Proficient in the use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and the internet.
  • Ability to use various computer programs specific to the position
  • Advanced knowledge & experience with Excel
  • Good communication skills & telephone etiquette
  • Able to work well with HR team as well as independently
  • Basic Accounting skills
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources education and/or experience required.
