Customers representing 13 Ag-Pro locations across Ohio and Kentucky recently met for Spring Clinics in preparation for #Plant22.
Ag-Pro’s Spring Clinics feature valuable information to help farmers prepare for planting season.
Ohio Spring Clinics were held from February 21-25. We had the chance to interact with customers from 12 of our Ohio John Deere dealer locations including Monroeville, London, Mt. Vernon, Wilmington, Alliance, Wooster, Richwood, Marion, Zanesville, Lancaster, Mansfield and Washington Court House.
Our Kentucky Spring Clinic was held on February 23 and welcomed customers from our Flemingsburg, KY, location.
Topics covered this year included:
Planters
Planter operations and adjustments, like power generation for electric drive planters, folding & unfolding your planter with Gen 4 4640 Displays and row unit highlights, were discussed, in addition to planter wear parts.
Application
Sprayer operations and adjustments were also an area of focus. Our team reviewed features of the John Deere 410R sprayer, including the sprayer's new cab, nozzle bodies, pressure recirculation, BoomTrac 2, ExactApply and AutoTrac RowSense, as well as wear items that can be proactively addressed in preparation for the season.
Integrated Solutions
Integrated solutions by John Deere Precision Ag were discussed, including information on how to set up a GreenStar 2630 Display and SeedStar 3 Planter, as well as details on the SeedStar 4 and Gen 4 Display setup items.
Performance Upgrade Kits
We reviewed performance upgrade kit offerings for planters, seeders, sprayers and tillers. In many cases, performance upgrade kits allow users to upgrade the technology options on a piece of existing equipment rather than trade for something new.
New Products
One of the topics we were most excited to discuss at Ag-Pro's 2022 Spring Clinics was new product offerings. We specifically discussed the benefits offered by N500 Air Seeders, honing in on the N530C.
