Ag-Pro Companies News

More than 700 attendees, 35+ vendors, and 20 speakers came together for a full day dedicated to advancing agriculture across Ohio.
On January 22, 2026, Ag-Pro Companies welcomed customers, vendors, and industry partners to the 2026 Ag-Pro Expo at the Harvest Ridge Expo Center in Millersburg, Ohio. The event brought together the agricultural community for a full day of education, connection, and hands-on equipment showcases—reinforcing Ag-Pro’s commitment to supporting the growers, producers, and landowners we serve.
A Strong Start to the Day
The day began with breakfast from 7:30–9:00 a.m., generously sponsored and served by the Ohio Farm Bureau, as attendees arrived and prepared for a packed schedule. From the start, the Expo buzzed with conversation as customers connected with Ag-Pro team members, vendors, and fellow producers.
Education That Matters
Education remained a core focus throughout the day, with 20 different speakers leading sessions designed to deliver practical, timely insights. Several sessions drew especially strong attendance, including:
CAUV & Property Taxes: What’s Changed, What’s Coming, and Why It Matters, taught by Ohio State University Professor Barry Ward, offering valuable perspective on tax changes impacting operations.
Fire Prevention on the Farm, presented by Vicente Rico, highlighting critical safety practices to help protect farms, families, and equipment.
John Deere Operations Center™ and Individual Nozzle Control, led by Dealer Capabilities Manager Ryan Riddle and Integrated Solutions team member Lyndsie Lawlis, showcasing how precision technology can help customers improve efficiency and decision-making.
Ag-Pro also partnered with the Wayne and Holmes County OSU Extension offices to offer both Pesticide Application Recertification and Fertilizer Application Recertification, making the Expo a convenient opportunity for attendees to meet important certification requirements.
Trade Show & Equipment Showcase
The trade show ran from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., featuring more than 35 agricultural vendors representing a wide range of products and services. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, explore new solutions, and build relationships with trusted industry partners.
Throughout the Expo Center, Ag-Pro showcased a broad lineup of John Deere equipment, including:
- Large ag equipment such as the S780 Combine, 8RX tractor, and planter displays
- Compact construction equipment
- Turf and property-care solutions, including X300 Series mowers and STIHL equipment
This hands-on environment allowed customers to see equipment up close and discuss real-world applications with Ag-Pro experts.
Community, Connection, and Appreciation
In addition to education and equipment, the Expo emphasized community. Attendees had opportunities to gather throughout the facility, visit classrooms, and connect with Ag-Pro employees and vendors throughout the day.
More than 15 door prizes, generously provided by vendors, were offered to attendees as a thank-you for participating and supporting the event.
